Our kids bushcraft club is the perfect way to get your children enjoying and learning about our natural world and how to use it to survive in a safe environment. 

This course covers the basic skills required to survive and is based on the four main principles of survival.

Each week our highly knowledgeable instructors will guide your children through the process of identifying what they would need to survive in the wilderness and give them the skills and knowledge to be able to keep themselves and others alive in a potential survival situation.

They will be given practical hands-on experience on; how to build an emergency shelter using natural materials from the woodland and materials you may have in a survival situation, collect and purify contaminated water and make it safe to drink, prepare your own wild food including foraging for wild plants and being shown how they can be utilised, and taught several different means of establishing a fire including site selection, material selection and the ignition sources while out in the woods.

This five week course takes place just 3 minuets outside of Monmouth in a private woodland where we can practice these skills in a safe environment. We will also be running a taster day so you can bring your kids along to find out more about Bushcraft and see our location before the course begins. 

Our wonderful team of instructors are all DBS checked and have lots of experience working with children. 

We will be running this club as a 5 week programme. You can either sign your children up for the full 5 weeks at a discounted rate or pay as you go to join specific weeks.
